Led numerous multi-million transactions and projects in the areas of strategy, finance and M&As .  

Holds Master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics (Alexandros Onassis fellowship), Master’s degree in Operational Research & Systems Analysis from the University of Aston in Birmingham, Bachelor’s degree in Economics (1st class) from the School of Economics and Political Science of the University of Athens. 

Mr. Diavatidis has 30 years of professional experience, in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Private Equity and in Real Economy, serving C-level positions, in the Gaming and Entertainment industry.

He has a proven track record of leading multinational projects, developing, co-running and controlling business operations in Greece and abroad. Among others, a top analyst granted with Thomson Reuters’ StarMine Pan-Europe's Top Analyst award, as the equity analyst with the world’s most profitable recommendations regarding European stocks.

He served as director of the Research Department in Marfin Investment Group, specialized in Shipping, Gaming, Cement and Media, Director of Corporate Strategy and Development in Club Hotel Loutraki, as well as Managing Director of Investments in a Private Equity Family Office based in Monte Carlo and Athens. He holds BSc in Finance and CIS from the American College of Greece, MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University.

Patrick has over 40 years of business experience with international companies both in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and Retailing industries while living and working in 10 countries across 4 continents.

He held top management positions including that of CEO in several businesses and served in the Board of Directors in a number of companies.

Patrick experts in developing growth strategies and company restructuring for performance improvement.

He holds a BA degree (Summa cum Laude) in Business Administration from the University of Maryland (USA) and an MBA degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts (USA).

Mr. Ligerakis is a senior executive and entrepreneur with 25+ experience in the IT and e-related industries.

He is an Internet pioneer, founding the first Internet provider in Greece, in 1992 and launched multiple technology, social media, internet and computer-electronic companies since then. He was a Microsoft Senior Executive and worked for many years in senior executive positions, managing many nationwide large-scale e-Banking and e-business projects. He has been awarded with Microsoft’s President Award.

He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Crete, a degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems, from Deere College and a postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Information Management from the University of Strathclyde.
